The shop itself is good. It's the staff that are the problem. There's one or two (mostly male) who are helpful but in the main they only provide the basic assistance. Never offer to help fill my bags and they make me feel as if I'm a nuisance when I can't exit the till quick enough for them to see to the next customer. Sadly this is the same with most of the Co-ops I enter. Always has been. Where's the staff training??? I think they are taught not to help and taught to glare instead!

Quite a nice and small local co-op. Less busy than other bigger shops, and nicely situated. The prices are slightly higher, but that's part of their brand. Staff are nice, and a good chat in the evenings when its empty!
Very good supermarket not as big as some. Good produce excellent staff and social distancing measures fully in place. Would recommend for smaller shopping especially
Very disappointed, ordered twice , the first one missing products and never refund me or inform me. Today, missing item and they sent wrong one , try to ring the store but no answer. 5 times rung, just came from my work, I have no car to go to the store and I can not cook !! So unprofessional behaviour!!
