Our company gave CMP an opportunity to earn new business. We requested a quote and provided a print where it was clearly annotated where and what to masking. The order was processed and parts were not masked. They couldn't own up to their mistake and blamed our company for not providing them with the print when they were given proof that a print was provided. They left us with scrap and walked away from the problem with poor excuse after poor excuse. Don't bother with this company as their quality system is extremely lacking.

Did not properly protect items during shipping and product was damaged. Blamed UPS for damage even though items were poorly protected in the box, and would not fix their mistake.
Friendly owner, Mike. Very helpful with my emergency job. I would recommend this company.
