Ordered a cement mixer on 18th June to be delivered on Friday 22nd after 3pm for use over the weekend. Price stated as 20 plus vat and 5 delivery both ways. Phoned CME at 3:45 on delivery day to see if it was on its way. Whoever I spoke to said there was no record of my request in the diary and they couldn't deliver as all the drivers were out. They couldn't deliver until Monday at the earliest. You can understand I wasn't happy at all. I'd arranged to carry out the work over the weekend with workmen etc. I did get an apology but they couldn't do anything about it. That wasn't good enough at all. My plans totally wrecked. Service like that is just not acceptable.
