They've been chasing me for money I don't owe Shell energy (I moved out of a flat early previous to my last flat), they've been chasing me for like a year despite me telling them several times I owe nothing, this morning I got a message saying if I don't pay they will make my national insurance number void, trying to call them to resolve this matter (again) but no answer, You'd think after all this covid malarkey that this one star scamming company would have been liquidated into nothing along with all the great companies that have been reduced to dust 2020 - 2021, If I were to guess they probably can't even afford to take anyone to court, I'd stop worrying about them and just ignore them, they won't be around for long...

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't answer the phone or customer service emails. They are dealing with people in most likely very poor financial situations and they treat them awfully. When trying to make a payment with my vulnerable client he website told me the payment verification hadn't gone through. We assumed we have put the code in wrong and tried again. Again we got the same message that the verification hadn't worked . When we checked my clients bank account the payment had gone through twice even though they told us it hadn't gone through at all. They now won't answer the phone. This is absolutely despicable.
SCAM. Do NOT trust this company or these vile people. Be very vigilant. My parents nearly fell for this scam of 500 that they apparently owed to British Gas over a property they had but sold over 6 years ago now. I then looked in to this 'company' further for them. The letters and emails they sent through were very well written and seemed legit. If you ring, they won't answer. If you email, they won't answer. They just want you to pay your 'debt' on their 'online (scamming) portal' but please don't fall for it. What a bunch of uneducated and sad w*nkers.
Don’t answer phone. Don’t even know that you’ve paid and to whom. Don’t even care that you’re not with the company that they trying to get the money for. I’ve not been with a particular company (Energy) yet got a letter from Pastdue Credit Solutions after I’d had a phone call from LCSDR and got told No more from The Energy Company and themselves (LCSDR) so for me they (Pastdue) not got a clue on anything at all, for me I feel that they (Pastdue) are fakers and using this to just get bank details
Got a email saying I owe them money from sky from years ago Although I dont remember dealing with this debt collectors They dont even tell me what it is in the email 100000% scam dont respond to them my sky account was closed they wouldnt do this if I owed to sky I delt with different debt collectors and cleared it with them years ago this is definitely a scam
