After living in a house for 6 years and causing no damage whatsoever I actually made improvements, they said I wasn't getting my deposit back, first reason was they used it for rent arrears I didn't have. Then said I didn't pay it so how can they use a deposit I didnt pay for rent arrears I didn't have with money I never paid this was in march 2013 and the woman I paid it to doesn't work there now so I have lost 500. Wouldn't recommend. To anyone.
Excellent letting agents. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended.
