There is no unified schedule for all offices. Office Room 4 has a 8:30 - 16 Mon-Thur. and 8:30 - 13:30 Fri. Staff from information desk are extremly friendly and helpful.

Stone age, no computers, only paper institution. Whatever you need from them at least 5 documents are requiered, originals, translations (authorized and stamped), copies (on paper, but signed for conformity 'cuz they do not trust copying machines). they don't even have a 12 scaner or a copy machine. Unbelievable stupidity.
