There is no unified schedule for all offices. Office Room 4 has a 8:30 - 16 Mon-Thur. and 8:30 - 13:30 Fri. Staff from information desk are extremly friendly and helpful.

The staff was not very welcoming and the approach to the situation was not favorable, the line being stretched over 20 meters and people were cold and waiting to enter the institution.

Stone age, no computers, only paper institution. Whatever you need from them at least 5 documents are requiered, originals, translations (authorized and stamped), copies (on paper, but signed for conformity 'cuz they do not trust copying machines). they don't even have a 12 scaner or a copy machine. Unbelievable stupidity.
