Ordered a takeaway for two last night 28/3/20 through just eat. Received an order confirmation from restaurant and an expected delivery time of 9.20pm (1.5 hours after ordering). Don't mind at all if the foods going to be hot and tasty! 2 hours plus after ordering, still no food or delivery update time change, so rang the restaurant for update. Constant line busy tone. So after half an hour of trying to ring, went to bed with no reason why we had no food, no apology and empty bellies! Absolutely shocking service from both the restaurant and just eat!

I ordered a mix kebab mix (around 9 pounds) from Club Jalfrezi by Uber Eats. The delivery time was between 30-45 minutes. Delivery arrived after 2 hours. The driver told me right away that something was wrong because the food is very light. I opened the box, there was very little food. I did not want to accept the order, however, the driver asked me to accept. He said he was a manager and he would bring me a whole portion. I waited another 2 hours - nobody came and I went hungry to sleep ... I got the missing portion. I know this because I ordered there several times before (I bought it personally). There was also a young man with the driver. He got out of the car when I was discussing with the driver. The young man looked drunk. I don't know what happened. The options are two. 1. Or the driver with the young man ate part of the portion. 2. Or the bar staff accidentally packed portions for the child. I got a refund from uber eats. But you will never change your mind about the restaurant.
Didn't get to eat it because the delivery driver, who was a whole hour later than the time estimate (2hrs in total), wasn't wearing gloves, opened my door, and touched my dog. Paid 1.60 for 2 poppadums, which would be terrible even if the delivery had been no-contact. Called and got shouted at down the phone, presumably because of my voice, since I have autism, even though all I wanted was reassurance that their drivers would be told again how to do no-contact delivery. I explicitly said I wasn't willing to describe the person because I didn't want to get them in trouble. Spoke to a nice person on social media (to clarify that the person on the phone wasn't actually physically threatening me by saying 'you want watch your mouth, you do', since they have my address), who apologised and was very kind, but I still paid 15 for food that wasn't safe to eat and they chose not to refund me.
Your food is not up to standard the chapatis were clearly made last week and reheated. 6 tiny pakoras in a bag for nearly 4 is day light robbery You forgot my drink, I was advised it would be sent out to me as it was with the driver, 5 hours later I'm left dehydrating. Unfortunately you're not even worthy of the 1 star. Get a chef that actually knows about 'Desi Street Food' AVOID LIKE CORONA VIRUS!!!
Ordered on just eat, took 3 hours for the order to turn up. They marked it as out for delivery when it obviously wasnt and then changed the delivery time by 40 mins, it then exceeded this new delivery time and we rang and they said they were waiting for a driver to come back. It then took a further hour after this! The food was alright when it turned up, but everything was overspiced for what was described, we ordered mild curries as my dad has problems with his mouth, and the curries made his mouth very painful so he had to leave it all, which is very frustrating after waiting so long. Obviously they will be very busy at the moment but stop accepting orders if you cant keep up, and do not mark the food as out for delivery if it isnt.
