Had our dog Zuki kenneled here for 18 days. Cannot praise the staff and care enough. 2 days after we arrived on holiday we received a post telling us she had settled in and was eating well we also received photographs and a video of her out walking and playing. Would recommend this place to anyone considering boarding their pet
Had my dog Oscar staying with them for a week, he was very well looked after and let him out to play a number of times a day. I would Highly recommend them. Clean, loving and caring kennels. You can go away feeling at ease knowing you pet is being looked after.
Clough End made an error and failed to book us in once which meant we nearly didn't have a holiday and had to arrange with family and friends for our dog to be juggled between them. Three years later we felt it was probably a one-off so my husband phoned them to enquire if there was availability for certain dates and to compare costs. We decided to home board our pup instead. We were phoned a day before going on holiday by the owner asking where our dog was. When we said we hadn't booked and had arranged something else, she was rude and blamed us for her error ... which wasn't her first one. Deposits should be taken along with a prior check of vaccinations, kennel cough, etc. They hadn't done this I wouldn't trust anyone who can't perform simple booking tasks to look after our loved pet.
Kennels are rated 5 stars by the kennel licenseing very hygienic with friendly staff
