Brought my first pup hood from them recently and honestly couldn't fault my experience at all. The staff was so easy to talk to, atmospheric was amazing, staff was very knowledgeable and just over all couldn't have been better. Would highly recommend.

Served by a big cheerful chap who was amazing, was not afraid to talk openly about the products. Good selection to suit all tastes and budgets. Prices are reasonable
Unfortunately there’s no options to choose nil stars for the rating here, absolutely joking, I ordered, bought 3 items and paid, 6 days later the package came but only 1 items which is missing 2 items. Contacted them to ask where’s the missing items, and they said the items out of stock. This is absolutely jokes, as they never contacted me if the items were not available before they sent it to me, and on the web it’s explained that all items were avaliable and shipped! Me as customer have to begging them to sent it where it’s part of the shop responsibility to sent it to the customers When I contact them they asked me many times about my contact number but there’s no call at all ever since This is really disappointed as not my first time I had this experience, my previous ordered likely the same, all the items been delivered in the separated package after I begging Good luck for your business mate, not again I will buy from your shop
i used to work for clone-zone, if you plan on wanting to get a job in this place i wouldn't recommend it, if you have any mental health such as anxiety they will treat you like a pile of rubbish specially the manager and directing manager for clonezone and they like to leave google reviews on on their own store! which have now been reported as conflict of interest :)
