I used Clive Petch as my architect on a very tricky conversion of a grade 2 Listed building. Clive was meticulous in both the details and design, and honoring the building whilst achieving the concept of the conversion. He was both co-operative and extremely professional, and we gained the planning permission that we desired. It was a pleasure to undertake such a complicated and sensitive task with someone who was in tune with my requirements, and knew what the planners were looking for, and so managed to combine the two seamlessly. I have no hesitation in recommending his services unreservedly, to anyone requiring all the attributes that I have described.
