We sold our first home through Clive Pearce. The team were a pleasure to work with and we really felt that our agent Ellie was working towards a good outcome for all involved. Clive came personally to give us some pre sale advice before we did a conversion, and then later to measure, photograph and price for market. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.
Firstly wanted to thank this company for being so unprofessional they saved us from buying the wrong property ! First viewing with them agent knew nothing about the property. Questions asked where promised answers to on second viewing - guess what. No - anyway put in offer - no interest in keeping us informed for days - anyway. At weekend found property of our dreams vmade offer accepted and deal done in 4 hours - so once again thank u for being the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Do not touch this agency. Avoid at all costs. Use at your peril
