There is always an issue when you go in. Either the prescription isn’t there or they haven’t got it ready or like today, despite being told my medication had been ordered on Thursday and would be in yesterday by 11am I am now told it won’t be in until Tuesday next week. It’s always a shambles and strangely it’s never their fault and they never apologise. I wouldn’t use them if it wasn’t right next to the doctors and the doctors send prescriptions to them unless you request otherwise. The surprise is when your prescription is ready! I usually order 2 weeks in advance to make sure I don’t run out. Shocking service and archaic systems.

I have to agree with other reviews, this pharmacy is an absolute shambles. Slow, disorganised and their systems look like they were designed by a 5 year old! It just got a whole lot worse during Covid......and they always blame the Medical Practise! It all went downhill when Michael retired, he was great!

Disgusting service.. Even before the difficult situation they were extremely slow and utterly useless. Order a prescription on Monday, then go to collect on Friday and they either haven’t done it, can’t find it or you just get part of it. They refuse to give you an electronic slip to collect the missing items later as it affects their KPI’s and flags to to their Head Office. During this situation as a vulnerable patient who has been specifically told not to venture out for any reason whatsoever, they refused to deliver and told me “tough, you’ll just have to collect it yourself or get someone to do it for you”. I will never set foot in that place again, unless it’s a matter of life-or-death..

The worst chemist shop I have ever been in, disorganised, rude, and that was before the current crisis. Understaffed and slow, no other shop in the village proves such outrage and negativity - a second pharmacy in the village is desperately needed
