Helpful staff. A vital town facility
The lady who served me was very helpful.
Only 2 members of staff working at very busy times, i had to wait outside in the pouring rain for 20 minutes just to post one parcel. There seems to be a lack of urgency at times even when the queue is stretching across town. Overall its good friendly service however more staff is needed at times.
Very sad when it was modernised, used to have a lovely old post office smell and feel. Service hasn't suffered though since it was turned it was brought into the 21st century with false ceilings and plastic counters. Staff very helpful and always an enjoyable experience to visit rather than a chore. Parking not brilliant if you've to carry a heavy parcel in tho but it is town centre so to be expected
