Great family run business with buckets of experience. My now wife bought her wedding dress from Amelia’s and from what I know about the process she really loved it. When trying to find suits for the groomsman I thought why not try the same establishment and I wasn’t disappointed. The team are a great laugh and we shared many a few moments including my very inappropriate father (sorry again)! Anyway, they’re not just bridal, they’re groomal (yeah I invented that word).
I always wanted to visit Amelias it’s one of them bridal shops that catches your attention just walking up the high street with the beautiful dresses in the window. I arranged an appointment really easily and visited on a designer event, everything about the experience was lovely. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. The dress I chose was the first I tried on and I knew it straight away. A very reliable stress free experience from start to finish, I 100% recommend. I got married in October 2019 and I felt like a princess in my Morilee dress.
Amazing shop and amazing staff. When I was trying on dresses I felt quite overwhelmed as I thought I knew what style I wanted. The lady helping me went and got a couple of dresses for me to try that I hadn’t picked and found me the dress I also had the alterations done at the shop and everything was perfect and made me feel very relaxed. I would definitely recommend. Thank you
