Great business. Very welcoming staff, who know what they are doing. Juliette was particularly helpful and patient as we had some very specific ideas in mind. It was efficient and customer service was brill. We had a costing within the hour which we made some slight changes too that were sorted really quickly. We received all the goods a week later and they were delivered by a friendly courier. The items are great quality and if we aren’t satisfied we can return and receive a refund. Highly recommend. It makes shopping for a bathroom much easier when the company has great knowledge and experience.

I came here not expecting much to be honest but wow, what a pleasant surprise. Let me say that in the end I bought my items elsewhere, however, the service and attention I received from Juliette was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't have been made to feel more valued or welcome. She is a credit to this firm and a real gem. Thanks Juliette and I just wish we could have placed an order with you because you thoroughly deserved it. Keep doing what you're doing . If you are looking for bathroom kit and value being treated like a paying customer should be treated, this place should be first on your list. Thoroughly recommended!!!

We would like to thank Ray at Clifton's for all his help, patience, advice and understanding with regards to sorting out a bath/shower tray which was not to our expectations (bought from a previous supplier) and fitted by a plumber who we feel had let us down. Ray helped us out so much with all the new fixtures required to make our bathroom complete. Nothing was too much trouble and was always polite and friendly and was a person of whom you could trust. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ray and his staff at Clifton's due to the excellent service given and would certainly purchase products again in the future. Bought a bathroom from Cliftons Altrincham 7 years ago. Sadly the shower valve failed. I sent them a quick email to explain what had happened and Juliette was excellent. She informed the maunufactorer and kept me up to date at all times. The part arrived under warranty and now my shower works flawlessly. Thanks.
