First time back in over a year. Was hungry and decided to give another go, was happy that we did. Food was good, restaurant was clean,service was nice.

Enjoyable chain restaurant with a very kid friendly atmosphere and a very reasonable, tasty kids menu that comes with a free ice cream sandwich! The adults enjoyed their meals as well, which were fast and delivered by a friendly waitress. One mishap on an order was quickly corrected, and the manager personally checked on the table to make sure everything was satisfying. We very much enjoyed our experience here, and would return again! The restrooms were very nice as well, and there is plenty of parking. You can call ahead to reserve seating, which I would suggest for busier weekends.
Our waitress Heather was very pleasant. Very happy and smiley and very courteous . The food was delicious five star rating at least at 10. The atmosphere was nice social distancing was there period Heather were her mask the entire time cuz she needed to for her customers which was nice and we had a really nice meal my mother and I
This store is a favorite of mine in Saratoga, NY and people wait for tables there. This location does not have a good reputation but having returned to the area decided to give it a chance. I ordered a simple medium to well cooked burger... unfortunately I could only 1/4 of it. The meat was pretty raw and decided to leave. The server took my plate and the manager came over moments later. She noticed the uncooked burger and apologized stating I would not be charged for the meal. I advised that I would tip the server and thanked her. Unfortunately I will not likely be returning..️
