Train your employees to have manners and proper customer interaction. No need to be RUDE to people who are just trying to get things done in the midst of a Pandemic. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially when you're supposed to be the face of the city. Lady taking temperature at door is extremely rude and aggressive as well. Friday before closing and everyone seems to be in extremely irritated mood. Screaming at other people who dont know exactly where or what to do as well. Gross conduct.

Plenty of parking at the city hall, the clerks section for complaints and for reporting purpose opens at 8:15am which is very convenient if you need to file any type of complaint or lost items. The downfall is the time they open to pick up the reports 10am to 4:15pm which is not convenient at all if you have a full time job. Hours should be adjusted at least one or two days a week to pick up police reports for people to go in early or late in the evening.

The judge here is so friendly. Came here for a wedding. Super easy process. Highly recommend. Free surface parking lot.
