Can not fault this service. Numerous appointments, straightforward to book and website is very self explanatory (including prices). My appointment was with Lisa, who explained the procedure and was extremely pleasant. My issue warranted a second visit (stubborn wax), I was in considerable pain from this, and the wonderful receptionist/admin assistant arranged for me to see Lisa the same day. I’m so impressed with the service that I have already recommended it to friends and a local pharmacy! Thank you Lisa.
Hayley was brilliant, very kind, professional and explained everything well. After a few weeks of not being about to hear anything I can now hear everything clear as a bell and it only took 10/15 minutes! It's pricey (especially if you're a student like me) but I'd still say it was well worth the 65 for the microsuction in both my ears. Thank You!
A very professional and efficient service hosted by the Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford (ear wax micro-suction). Thank You for doing what my local NHS services no longer offer. Note to other patients using Springfield - queues to check-in at main reception can be long at busy times, so allow plenty of time to find a parking space and then register, or you may get stressed and be late!
Perfect. No waiting straight in DR took few minutes a side . Can hear again . Worth every penny ! Thank you
