Working with Marvin and Ray today was nothing short of amazing. Marvin was straightforward with pricing and broke down all the paperwork to be as transparent as possible. While waiting to start the buying process on a Speed Triple RS, Ray introduced himself and wanted to give me some insight into the bike. This man is a wealth of knowledge! After speaking with him, and Marvin I found that this dealership was unique. It was so unique that I felt as though I was working with friends, through the buying process. Ray also found any way he could to get me the best possible pricing on the bike. He also is having the bike delivered to me for free, and is having the suspension adjusted at 500 miles. (He even threw in a sweet Triumph backpack!) I felt like a audience member at an Oprah show. Anytime Ray checked in, it was with even better deals! Today I feel like I became part of a family, and will always recommend Cleveland Triumph to anyone searching for a bike and no pressure experience.

I am a new bike owner and have twice ordered the wrong part for my Street Twin and these folks have been so great about getting me the right parts for my bike and offering installation advice. Working with Triumph Cleveland was an easy experience. From my initial contact with Logan and Lexi, to the closing paperwork with Gary, the process was easy and simply. Ray, the General Manager, installed my accessories and tested my T100 to make sure proper calibration took place. He was just as excited as I was for the bike. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure my parts were working properly. Mary, who managed my payment, was exceptionally kind. I was able to pick up my T100 four days early, which was a pleasant surprise. Kirk, the owner of the dealership, was present during my pick-up. He is friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable of the industry. In fact, he helped strap down my bike into my truck. I appreciate that his willingness and advice. I could have purchased my T100 from any number of dealerships within the Columbus vicinity. What made my experience the best was working with Triumph Cleveland. From negotiations to iding off into the sunset\, everyone at the dealership is easy-going and made my experience smooth. The customer service I received is top-notch, and if I had to complete the purchasing process again, I would choose Triumph Cleveland.
