Excellent service. Thank you to the people who supported my decision is keeping my son at the last minute. After originally planning to go through with an abortion for the second time in my life, I changed my plan when I thought about; the protestors, the young women who didn't want to but was trying to make the best decision for both their child and them, when i thought about my past experience in a clinic in buffalo, when i dreamed about a beautiful child and felt his kicks. the next day i changed my mind and decided to give life rather than take life away. with the support of the nurses and drs there I was able to make it out in good condition just 3 cm dilated. my son was born 6 weeks early and placed into the NICU AT UPMC HAMOT Where he received the best care. thank you to the staff that helped me through everything. to the nurse that prayed with me and the dr who explained to me that my pregnancy was high risk and to take care of me. thank you to my sons father who drove me back and although unhappy about my decision still decided to be present for his son. I would recommend this place for many things. stds, counseling and even a obgyn. lastly anyone going for abortion remember THE CHOICE IS YOURS as my school Lake Shore High School always taught. again thank you preterm , staff, security guard, dr, nurses, and counselors. as well as donations and donating families that help this clinic stay standing this is Joseph II

The first time I went for my baby having anencephaly the whole staff were nice , understanding.. the second time after 6 years. Everyone was nice till after the surgery. I was still dizzy and the lady attending me basically kicked me out . Thank god I had someone with me because I fell going out and I was throwing up . During surgery they gave me the medicine too get me lucid but I paid to be fully out I’m glad they did give me money back for that but I didn’t want to watch anything and unfortunately I saw climbs.

Excellent service! From volunteers walking you in so your not harrased by protestors! To the security officer at the desk!! Receptionist, care takers, psychologist!!! Everyone on site was very sweet, kind and emphatic!! Highly recommend

The staff here are amazing. Literal earth angels. If anybody ever asks me for a recommendation on where to go I will always always always say preterm. Seriously the best experience. All of the nurses, security guards, doctors, counselors, receptionists...if I missed anyone I am sorry, but each and every one of you are just simply amazing.

I have been here once before. I did feel comfortable after the staff was so kind and helpful . Everything went well. But uh unfortunately I have to come back but can I still get an abortion at 11 -12 weeks in 2020?
