Went there with insurance because I couldn’t get an appointment with a nearby obgyn within 6 weeks. Charged me 200 and kept canceling my follow up appointments only after I was already in the office. Three times they made me wait, only to tell me to come back in a week. They also didn’t believe me when I said I trust my partner of 6 years and I was just there for unusually painful cramps. By the 3rd cancelled visit, I had an Obgyn appointment in Westlake. They charged me 17 and were 1000x more professional. I’m for planned parenthood but if you have insurance don’t go to planned parenthood it will cost you more and definitely don’t go to this location unless you want to waste your time.

The place is great! The girls are super friendly. I do hate customers though, every time I go in there some irresponsible parent let's their kids run around, they listen to music and movies at their own volume or someone is holding a ghetto cussing and disrespectful conversation in front of those bad kids running around and loud enough for everyone else to hear. They should monitor the waiting area more often rather than completely hiding behind their doors.
