They are very rude when calling to schedule a appointment all you get is attitude smh I miss the Lee n Harvard MetroHealth better vibes
On the phone over an hour to just make an appointment and they hang up on me. But honestly I called all the WIC offices in cleveland and NONE picked up. I called back and they are the only ones who actually answer
It is really saddening to witness people in this area of service lack basic compassion and agape love. The workers are impolite and inconsistent. When I call I can never get through and often times im hung up on. Once the 4 o clock hour hit be prepared to get no answer because they close at 5p they make it their mission to not take any calls.
Rude receptionist. She put me on hold for 30 mins never clicked back over, had to hang up and call again for her to act like she never spoke to me ( when clearly she stated her name and all both times.) She needs a new job or to be released from her current position. Her customer service skills sucks major A.
