Mr. Tamkin is the best that I have seen. He has been very instrumental in stopping a sheriff's sale on my home that was totally paid for. I fell behind in Condo Association fees because of unemployment. I went to mediation hearings unrepresented (don't do it). This Association would not work with me and I gave several scenario on which I could execute (they were represented by an attorney and the property management company). Just started working again and they wanted monthly fees and a lump sum which I did not have. But I signed the papers (don't do it unless you are represented) because I was so stressed about losing my home. There is nothing for homeowner in which a mortgage is totally paid as there was in the HARP program to give them a fresh start. The feeling is since you paid off your mortgage you can afford everything (not true). There needs to be fresh laws regarding what these associations can and can not do. I will be contacting my state representative regarding getting some new legislation. Just as homeowners did in the mortgage meltdown. My advice call Eli Tamkin he is well worth it.

Mr. Eli Tamkin helped me with my eviction court and helped me win my court case, March 12th 2019! He even stepped in when some of the questions were kind of hard for me to answer! Ill definitely be calling him back soon for a civil lawsuit! He has affordable prices too! He made sure i knew what I needed for the city and what documents i needed for my house!
