Cleeve Residential Sales & Lettings Ltd

I have let my property with Cleeve Lettings for over 20 years. They have always been the most pleasant team of people to deal with. As I don't live near my property, they dealt with every need that cropped up, all the safety checks, new equipment in the kitchen, redecoration, rats and much more. They have contact with reliable local trades people, get the work quoted and all their assistance is included in their monthly fee. I highly recommend you let your property through them.

David and the team at Cleeve Residential have been nothing but highly professional since the day we met them, even throughout a pandemic! A big credit goes to David, who we deal with personally, as if there is ever an issue he will jump on it ASAP and it will be rectified as soon as he physically can - just recently we had a leaking tap and he arranged the maintenance guy, Steve, to pop over and fix it, all within a 24 hour period... great service - side note; Steve the maintenance guy was also very professional, masked up, punctual and got the job done within minutes! Me and my partner highly recommend the team and their services!

As landlords my wife and I have put our properties with the team at Cleeve Residential, they scrutinise in coming tenants, do regular inspections of the properties and arrange maintenance, gas and electricity certificates so a lot of the management is run perfectly by them. All the staff are pleasant and easy to work with, we would consider them friends and valued colleagues.
