Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. They’ve obviously been busy today but still put so much energy into taking care of the customers. High quality food and coffee without breaking a budget. They are taking COVID measures seriously and are making sure to keep everyone safe.

Quite often we go to Blend cafe in cleckheaton but 3rd October we decided to have a change at Taste, we ordered our food and received the order receipt @10.23 waited 45 mins for an English breakfast and smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast! The bacon was undercooked the mushrooms were cold, the egg on full English was hard, scrambled egg was dry! To wait that long we expected better!! I have been a chef myself for a lot of years and worked have worked in cafes for few years producing same type of menu, Your chef needs to step up!!!. Is am afraid we will favouring Blend next time!

I recently just moved into this town and I was quite disappointed not to have a Costa cafe, but since I found this place , I can not be more happy. Beautiful cafe and tasty jacket potatoes.

A good find in a rather smart small hub of good eateries in Cleckheaton. Not sure how it functions as a Gin bar as we went in during the day with our kids. And the food was actually pretty good. I am sure in the evening when it is a socially acceptable time to sit at the bar, it would be pretty nice.
