This company were professional and friendly from the salesman, surveyor to the lads who came to start the digging out and lay the resin.We were kept informed of progress and next steps at all times. The drive looks great and as we have only just had it done I can’t comment on performance as yet. As the company offer a 10 year guarantee I feel quite relaxed should any issues arise. Over all a great quality professional company to deal with.
I thought the days of pressure selling were a thing of the past, apparently not! The representative from Sublime was not only arrogant, but positively rude, and very unprofessional. When I asked for the best price I was told this would only be given if we were to sign up today! Also the quote to be left would only apply for 4 days, to the 31st of Aug, as this was when the discount runs out. When I confirmed this he blatantly said it wasn't his fault we'd left it so late to get a quote. I can't recall ever having dealings of this nature with any business in the past. If we'd been of a nervous nature it's possible we would have felt pressured into taking this further. Would not recommend if this is how they do business.
I am absolutely delighted with my new driveway, all workmen were on time, cheerful and very professional. The work was completed in the allotted time, no problems and all waste cleared away. I would happily recommend this company.
We've had our drive done this week by sublime they did everything they said they would and all the workers were very professional they cleaned up evertime when finished and the office staff we're good with communications
