**I would leave negative stars if I could** Flew pax in on Friday 2/19 for the weekend and scheduled our departure for Sunday 2/21. Called Sunday morning at 0900 to confirm the jet would be online at 1300 for a 1400 departure. We show up at 1315 and the jet is no where in sight. The lady at the counter acted like this was the first she had heard of our departure and in the meantime, our pax show up to a jet that isn't ready. Their fuelers also pulled away and left our fuel door open... This is the 3rd time this Sheltair has done this to us so as much as it pains me to say it, I'll take my business down to Signature.

We flew in for a vacation and these people are amazing! From the ground guide guys to the front desk people, everyone was very friendly, helpful and fun. There was problem with our rental car (the reservation was made online and not through Sheltair) that we had reserved and the lady (I'm sorry I forget her name) was able to save the day for us on a Sunday morning! She went above and beyond to help us! The guys on the flight line were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on advising us on many things. They helped unload the plane, cover it and anything else that we would need. The prices are very fair for their tie downs, fuel, and other needs. The FBO is very nice, clean, and you can get water, snacks and amazing cookies. We were very pleased with our experience here! We would highly recommend them and when we visit the area again, we will be sure to use their services. We also used the Sheltair in Ocala and they were just as kind.
First time flying into this location and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the customer service. Gavin was working at the front desk when we got there and when we left(the first time). He was awesome at helping us check out and offered us water at every chance we got. Line guys and girls were equally great in asking us if we needed any help with our bags and unloading. Love this location!!!!
Very tight operation I work as a contractor through there so not exactly for them but picking up my clientele from their jet I give security access the guys are there keeping the place clean directing the planes helping with the bags smooth operation
Clean. Nice staff. New crew car. Stopped in a piston single and treated as if in a jet. Will definitely stop in again!!
