I moved here from another state and to my surprise, the transition was seamless. The staff seems to do their best with what appears to be a very busy office. I see 2 professionals here and I must say that they both are doing an exceptional job (timely, accessible, thorough, friendly & understanding). It will be 3 years this March and I couldn’t ask for better care, especially compared to the rest of the medical world that I deal with in this state. It’s nice to receive exceptional service when even average is hard to come by. Thank you Susan and Dr. M. Brandon. Highly recommended. ️️️️️

I just want to say I give Mary (case manager )and Stefanie ( Therapist) 5 stars. I would give them a billions if I could. These ladies are so amazing always there. I do not know how I would have been able to get through things that I have without them. Loving, caring, kind and great at their job!!!

My wife has been going here 2 years, my daughter 1. They have both gone thru 3 doctors. The last time my wife's dr quit, nobody told her, she went to sign on to her zoom appt. Couldn't, so called. Oh, your dr has not been employed here at least a week. Thanks for telling us!! Dont even get me started on the sub par care my 14 year old has recieved since being discharged from the mental health hospital a month ago....oh wait...we are still waiting up on her after discharge appointment!!! Ahhhh, a month later.

Should’ve listened to the reviews on this one! But instead I decided to give them a chance. I went there and I had a wonderful dr but she ended up leaving the practice so I was paired with somebody else and I was not happy with her care at all. When I expressed that I was unhappy and would like to see somebody else I was told that I had to explain why I was unhappy and also send an email explaining why I was unhappy and see if they approve the switch to a new dr. While explaining my feelings she basically told me that my reasons are not valid and she doesn’t know that if anybody else there is going to be able to give me what I need as they only allow 15 minute appointments. So you mean to tell me that if I’m unhappy with the doctor that my insurance is PAYING you for me to see I can’t see another doctor?!? And you are also telling me that my feelings aren’t valid? Also that I’m limited to a 15 minute appointment? Absolutely Mindblown by this! Clearly most of the staff in this place lack compassion and truly do not care for their patients and I’m 100% sure that’s not what anyone’s looking for especially when it comes to dealing with their mental health.

Directions for Living told me they take my insurance. I made an appointment had one session and afterwards they then tell me they don't accept my insurance and proceeded to charge me a couple hundred dollars!! These people have verbally abused me for weeks. Their behavior is unacceptable. This is insurance fraud and I am reporting them. On top of insurance fraud, their counselor was inexperienced and said my physical disability was \all in my head\. They are unprofessional and will be investigated as I am seeking legal representation.
