People say \you can't teach an old dog new tricks\ well when you have an instructor like Diana Fink that just ain't true. Diana is the best instructor this old dog ever had ! She keeps you engaged, manages her time well and gets the material across in a fun and entertaining way. I can't thank her enough for the incredibly excellent job that she did in the class room and the support and professionalism of her staff. I highly recommend her and her school. Thank you Diana!!!

Mrs. Diana Fink's Central Insurance School is AMAZING!!! I went for my 620 then came back for my 440. I did the class through webinar. I normally learn better in person but she makes is so easy and makes sure she keeps up with the people on the web and their questions. She definitely makes sure you feel apart of the classroom. Diana is so funny and teaches in story form which makes it very easy to grasp the concepts. I highly recommend her school.
The insurance adjuster course is 110% worth taking. Not only is Diana incredibly knowledgeable, she's also HILARIOUS. I felt prepared and confident for all of the tests, and overall, the material is well put together. I highly recommend CIS!
Diana is a wonderful, thorough, funny teacher who's methods are perfect for anyone. She uses stories that make it easy to learn. Her passing rate is extremely high and it's nearly impossible to get less then a 70% in her 4-40 class. Next stop 2-20 conversion class to make \mo money
