Tom replaced one of our Glass windows. He was very professional, on time and completed the job to a high standard. Will definitely contact Tom for future repairs etc if we ever needed to change doors/windows again. Great Service thank you Tom

Do not use! All booked in before Xmas for the work to be completed in February. On the day I received a message to say the fitter couldn’t make it and the work would have to be rescheduled to four days later. Four days later another man was sent to fit the four windows. Eight hours later and he hadn’t fit one window. He had half fit two, left the windows unsealed and incomplete and ruined the walls and sills of one of the windows. So we were left with two windows not even touched and two half fitted, open to the elements and damaged walls. We were then told this man wasn’t a window fitter but a joiner who he had paid to do the job. The company owner apologised and said he would sent his fitter two days later to complete the work properly and fix all of the damage. Two days later the company owner turns up just to tell us he hasn’t got anyone to finish the job as his fitter had quit. He will try and get someone to do it as soon as possible. After having him send someone already who wasn’t qualified or experienced we declined the offer of another random person to come and complete the work. I asked for the windows I had paid for to be dropped off so we could get someone to complete the work properly and also asked for some of my money back. When he did drop off the windows he came with the fitter who he had told us had quit! The man had lied to all throughout the process. My daughters room has a window that we’ve had to tape around the edges to try to stop some of the cold and wind coming through and we’ve had an awful experience. I have photos of the damage and am happy to send/post to warn people not to use Clearview Glass.
Tom was great, he came on time and replaced 3 window (glass) for me. Looks so much better now we can see out the windows. Tom quoted me after I sent him dimensions and pictures and we set a date. He was professional and courteous and did the job in record time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Clearview glass, I won’t be using anyone else!
We sent Tom photos and measurements and received a reasonable phone quote immediately,we set a mutually acceptable date,and he came and replaced,cleaned,and checked 21 window glass panels in under 90 minutes.We would recommend Tom to anybody, friendly,professional service at a value price.
