Totally Brilliant - I have just purchased a machine from this company and I can quite honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with all staff. When the unit arrived it was beautifully packed with all documentation clearly visible. The quality of the design has obviously been thought out very carefully and the build quality second to none. I have up till now purchased Karcher pressure washers and managed to wear them out usually within 6 months to a point that they are beyond economic repair. When you realise that they cost in excess of 500 it will not take long to get a return on my Clearwell machine despite being expensive. A great example of a british company being the best in the world at what they design, make and sell - Thank you.
