Very organised and polite receptionist since I walked through the door !Jo Jolly was very professional and talked through the whole procedure ,even though I didn't had any wax to be removed.. she prescribed me some medicine to take and tea infusions to help me clear my ear canals behind the ear drum !painless procedure , do recommend!!

RUDE STAFF !!! Was told to contact them for a visit by my GP for ear syringing. I tried calling from 9:15 - 11 am until just turning up there to speak to somebody. I am 9months pregnant waiting to give birth therefore extremely short of breath and exempt from wearing a mask. As soon as I opened the door the receptionist smiled but a lady in a blue pinafore shouting across the practice telling me I have to wear a mask to enter. I explained why I wasn’t wearing one to which she responded “I don’t care you still have to wear one here”. I went out to my car to get one and entered the practice again. The friendly receptionist then said “how can I help” and I started explaining my issue the nurse in the blue then came out onto the other side of the room and asked me to move over to speak to her because I was in the way of the next customer, (I wasn’t talk to her in the first place I was speaking with the receptionist) but shouldn’t we all wait our turn ?and why couldn’t she deal with the customer behind me as I was already being assisted? The rude nurse in the blue then went on to tell me it’s not a walk in clinic I have to make an appointment and when I explained I had be calling she rudely asked why I didn’t leave a voicemail. (Who leaves a voicemail for a doctors referral?) She told me I could have an appointment tomorrow but after the way she spoke to me from the moment I entered I wasn’t happy with her treating me or paying my money for such rude service. There is a reason this lady is not on reception because she has no idea how to speak to people correctly. Take your money elsewhere as I did. I have also called my doctors to warn them where they are sending their patients and recommend the place I went after instead.

Sadly I would not recommend due to my bad experience. On my first visit, the wax was pushed further back and left me with worse hearing than when I started! I suffered with headaches and tinnitus all week until the next appointment. It was an awful experience and the practitioner themselves apologised at how poorly things had gone. The second visit was much better and the wax was eventually removed safely by the resident audiologist who was absolutely fantastic. I ended up paying more than I expected to. I did not agree at all with the way the owner communicated with me and he was a little argumentative when I expressed concerns over the cost. Having paid 25 for the first appointment I felt that 25 for the second appointment would be fair after a poor customer experience. He insisted I pay 40 for the second appointment. Left the practice unhappy and therefore would not return. UPDATE: The owner had a change of heart the day after my appointment and refunded the 40 in full with an apology about his earlier communication, which I very much appreciated. He also offered my next treatment free as well, which was a nice gesture.

Great service! Was able to get an appointment on the next working day at a time that suited me. Very friendly staff and fixed my issue in a fast and painless process whilst explaining everything that was going on at the time. Would reccomend!

Highly recommended! My initial communication with Paul was friendly, prompt and he even remembered me when I attended my appointment. As somebody who is always very anxious in any medical setting, Jo really made me feel at ease and was very understanding. She is great at what she does, very knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. Jo cleaned my ear efficiently and after some antibiotics, I’ll be right as rain. I’m feeling much better already. The practice is extremely hygienic and the measures put into place to protect my safety was outstanding. The best I’ve seen during this whole pandemic! Thanks again Jo x
