Dayle at Medical West went beyond her role The insurance company fought me on a needed arm garment for me. I didn't know what to do. Dayle took the initiative into helping me with appealing my health insurance declination. I was wearing bandages on my arm and hand to managed my swelling but this was temporarily until my compression items come. I can say that I have my garments. Thank you Dayle.

Very nice people! Helped my elderly father with some compression socks, and everyone was just lovely. We worked with Lena, but while we were there everyone was so kind and helpful. We will be going back in the future!
