I received an email asking me to call in to make an appointment, and when I did was told I had been de-registered with no consultation. This is because I regularly have to cancel appointments as I have a chronic mental illness. When I was told I should give 24 hours notice, I asked how I was meant to know if I would be ill in advance? I always offer to pay for missed appointments, that's not an issue. And I would have been happy to discuss options to prevent it happening again. But I was told by the receptionist that there was nothing she could do, and I would have to speak to management. This system is clearly discriminatory against anyone who has a chronic disability. It's disgusting, no one at the surgery cares and people should know how awful their attitude is to people who are not physically or mentally well-bodied.

I'm petrified of dentists but the whole team are wonderful. Had to have a lot of work done but wasn't made to feel like it was my fault (even though it was). Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dentist explained everything he was going to do first. Couldn't ask for better

Lovely staff and dentist who don't try and squeeze cash from you. You can get an appointment pretty easily. Best dentist I have been to.

I have been going to the dentist for years and although it's a reasonable dentist if they were ever on time I would eat my coat. I have had to leave sometimes up to an hour of waiting to be seen. The receptionist even said she had to put me down for a no show even though I was on time but my dentist was running 45minutes late. So annoying, just hoping this improves soon.
