A Traditional Taste Of Italy Claudios restaurant has been a mainstay of quality Italian cuisine in Moffat since 1996 when Claudio & Florence Capriglione decided to open the restaurant. Quality and consistency have been the hallmarks of the business ever since. Claudios stays true to the small family run ethics set out by Claudio himself, using only the finest locally grown produce wherever possible. The restaurant is now run by two of their children Davide & Claudia. Davide runs the front of house operations whilst Claudia prepares the food to the same recipes as her father did before her.  The fabulous food at Claudios is accompanied by an extensive wine list which complements the authentic rustic flavours perfectly. Last night in Moffat and decided on Claudios, end in style we thought with the reviews to back it up. We nearly changed our minds before our booking due to the nice weather and daytime drinking. How glad we are now we didn't, otherwise we wouldn't of experience the great hospitality and beautiful food!! We all certainly felt like we ended our weekend in style. Reasonably priced for the quality of food and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Food is amazing the seafood stew was delicious and one of our friends said the fillet steak was certainly one of the best he'd ever had

In these times of social distancing and the ew normal\ it is really nice to go some where that makes an effort to keep everybody safe. A terrific meal that was well presented and very tasty. We left after a very enjoyable time and will be returning.

Great place with good food at a good price. My wife loved the sea bass and the pizza was superb with a great base. The service was very friendly and attentive, without being too much. Thank you.

Lovely restaurant. Came here a few years ago and steak was excellent. Came today and they didn't disappoint. Another great meal. I will be back
