Unfortunately I do not seem to havre experienced the same level of service as other customers. Having had a great initial conversation with Barney he has failed to call me back when promised or provide a quote for my car repairs as promised. I have been extremely patient as I only want people to work on my car if they want to do so. My last e-mails have gone unanswered which can only mean that Classic Heroes do not value or want my business.
I’ve been a customer and friend of Classic Heroes for the last seven years. I simply wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else. Barney is a walking encyclopaedia of German car knowledge and the team, including Steve, Ray and Zack are consummate professionals. They’re always happy to help, even if it’s a small job or a little tinkering that needs doing. The place has a real family feel to it and they’re all petrolheads through and through. They’re also complete perfectionists and I’ve never been disappointed by the standard of work they’ve done - even for complex, engine-out jobs on my E39. In short: they’re the best indy in the area by miles. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Fantastic and knowledgeable team of German car enthusiasts. You won't find better.
