Second Christmas my order has been messed up. No sign of delivery which was promised for the 17th. Its xmas eve and according to opening hours they close at 6pm however when I call I'm being directed to voicemail! Disgusted!
Top quality company.
This is the worst company on earth! After receiving the wrong products from them, which had to be thrown away due to not having anywhere to store them, we were risk they would not give us the correct products we ordered for free as a replacement. Instead they offered only 15% discount, after being out of pocket for over 200! I urge people not to use this company!
Lovely company, got my food items wrapped safely and carefully in ice blocks and wool wrapping - thus keeping it frozen until I was ready to unpack it. Food items arrived quickly and in immaculate condition. Look forward to using this lovely company again :)
