Staff unhelpful would not go there again
Not bad prices and very good quality shoes and boots. Staff very friendly and helpful and very clean. When you go in look for the bargains hard to find but very good value when you do find them.
Horrible customer service in monk cross clarks. Thier attitude was they are donating something to us. I went to buy a shoe for my daughter, i choose one and asked for the pair to buy. She ask us to wait. There was five staff on the floor working . But they completely ignored a buying customer.I normally go to city centre one they are always great. As i have been a regular clark customer since 2013 it was very disappointing.
Really good experience, pre-booked appointment. Met by Rhia , much nicer environment as quieter. Daughter measured behind screen, shoes chosen job done.
