Highly recommended !! One phone call to John was all it took, from that point onwards he took on all the stress of dealing with the Insurance company. He ensured every eventuality was covered - will point thing's out you are covered for but had no idea , possible hidden damage that will require professional investigation etc etc All the thing's an insurance company is unlikely to tell you !! Basically he's a one stop shop of knowledge in claims - it's my first experience dealing with Loss Assessors , Loss Adjusters , Insurance Company rep's - oh wait , JOHN DID all that :-) . My involvement was minimal and stress free.... I've already recommended him to family - no problem at all , I know he'll deliver. Thank's again John. P.S - Best bit of knowledge from all this was if you do have an issue (our's was a major water leak) ring John FIRST, he'll take care of it from there on !!

Claims Assist were recommended to us after a fire at our home. We dealt with John Mannion and his son John through the whole process. They were honest and straight talking. They helped us so much. Ours was an awkward claim but I can honestly say without Claims Assist, we would never have sorted it out. We would 100% recommended them to anyone.

I've now required the services of Claims Assist twice over the 20 month period since I moved into my property. Both involved leaks and CA dealt with the insurers in an exemplary fashion. I hope there's no need to retain their services again but in the event of further issues I'll have no hesitation in contacting them. My dealings with insurance companies are fairly limited but I'd hazard an educated guess that the CA fee is more than covered by the increased amount they secure for you from the insurers.
