Scandia has delivered a bespoke cooler room to my specifications that no other company did. The whole experience from the very first minute to date has been exceptional.

First of all, Mathew Smith if you are writing on behalf of Scandia, you should not be reviewing your own company and giving it five stars! Leave that to your customers! As for my experience, I would certainly not recommend Scandia to anyone. The service has been terrible, we have had our cold room break down twice! This was a brand new motor unit which we were told would last for 15 years! They have been very slow to organise repairs and have continuously given us the run around whilst trying to solve the remaining issues. I thoroughly regret having ever purchased from this company.

Scandia takes any complaint we receive very seriously and always aim to resolve any issues that occur in timely, efficient and professional manner. We value all opinions and hope that customers come to us to resolve any issues that occur. Its a shame when these reviews are posted the company isn't able to respond to unfair or negative feedback, Scandia always hope to resolve issues or problems in a fair and timely manner.

Awful company, superb when selling you one of there sourced products but there is zero warranty when things go wrong. We bought several monoblock units spending thousands over a few years, sadly this is of no concern when we have issues with one of them. We're told we have no return and no repair policy completely ignoring trading standards and consumer law. It gets to the point where I have had the phone put down (thanks Sam) while trying to get a problem fixed... You buy new you expect a decent service life, sadly Scandia don't and are not bothered with sorting the problem. My letter to trading standards is in the process of being drafted. My advise is to avoid this company if you want piece of mind for your big purchase. STAY WELL CLEAR... Disgusted to say the least...
