Unbelievable, why are people destroying new Marta train time monitor. This is crazy, I so sick of seeing lack of towards public property.

I've used the Mega bus for 2 -3 years and so far I've not had a problem. The buses are always clean and the drivers are friendly. I do think a check and balance system with the luggage would be helpful and it would secure your belongings a little better. The one area that I think needs improvement is the bus stop itself. Their is no protection from the weather! I've waited on the bus in the cold, rain and the heat! While waiting in the undesirable weather I tell myself that, \I got what I paid for\. A CHEAP RIDE (which works for me)! I love the MEGA BUS, its price, its clean & comfortable, fast and reliable.

Easy, inexpensive, kind. Any negative reviews probably come from people who have no common sense or respect. If the bus leaves at a certain time it leaves. Sorry you can't plan accordingly or read the rules. I had one checked bag and two carry ones and I didn't get charged extra. Very nice staff and its nice to see the freedom allowed in this company.

SERVICE IS GOOD, HOWEVER TOO MANY PEOPLE JUST TAKE UP RESERVED SEATS AND HAVE FIRST TO BE REMINDED THAT THIS SEAT IS RESERVED AND. PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. SOMETIMES THE INTERRUPTING GOES SMOOTH BUT MORE OFTEN YOU GET THE LOOKS, THERE SHOULD BE RESERVED. SIGNS ON THE SEATS FOR WHICH A PASSENGER HAS ALREADY PAID FOR AND NOT HAVING A PERSON CHASING OFF,!

I got Mega bus from Atlanta to New Orleans twice, and no issues, was a wonderful trip. The only bad things, they don't stop at good Gas station to go to the bathroom or take a good coffee and something to eat, I am a former truck driver and I know so many Gas Station that they can Stop. Example: Loves, Pilot, Fly J, Etc etc.. Please !!!! Take my opinion and do something for passengers.
