This place is pretty good. You do have to get a medical certificate, but there is a pharmacy two doors away that will do it on the spot, for not much money. I love being able to rent a locker and a towel. The towels and showers are great. The pool has some quirky rules, like entering on the hour, and you are only suppose to go twice a week. Also you must have swim cap, goggles, shower shoes and a dark colored swimsuit! Mostly no white or yellow swimsuits, and they must be one piece swim suits! Usually there are two to three people in a lane. You get a card that you leave at the desk. It is possible to navigate without much spanish, if you use google translate. It is not so intuitive all the rules, but it is a pool, the place is clean, people are friendly. I am happy we signed up.

First off, Roma Club is pretty good value for what it is. If you use the pool, classes and the gym regularly, it's a steal! The size of this place is immense and they have a lot of classes. The bad stuff? Pool entry is only on the hour, every hour (and only certain hours). Want to go swimming at half past? No, you have to wait another half an hour. Seems a silly rule when the pool isn't busy. Equipment is showing its age, especially in the weights room. A mish-mash of weights in both KG and Lbs abounds, it's not always easy to find what you want. Having said that, it's large and usually not a problem getting on what you want. Changing rooms are fine, but a few times I have experienced very boisterous men acting like schoolboys, joshing and shouting, playing their music really loudly. But... There's a sauna and a steam room which is a boon for any gym. So, mixed feelings. The staff is good, the quality isn't bad, the size is big - it's still a good value offering despite the pitfalls

Good gym, great facilities and doesn't get too busy

The best gym around the area. And I say the best because of the amount of fitness classes that it offers, the availability of machines in its gym, and the swimming pool. Very difficult to find something similar around the area.

The pool is excellent, but crowded all day long. And if you have the basic subscription, you can swim, just once a week... Also you can fool them by taking aqua aerobics class, three times a week, and one day of free swimming
