My experience with City Vets has been horrible. I've been a PDSA customer for years but unfortunately with this pandemic I was unable to be with my dog when she was to go to \sleep\ unless I went private. I was told I could with City Vets. The blonde veterinary nurse was compassionate and caring. The male veterinary nurse I found was very rude and reluctant to help. I would not recommend this vet if you want your pet cremated and their ashes back. All I wanted was my puppy back with me for Christmas and New Year I was left disappointed and very upset. With the PDSA your pet is returned to you within 10 days. This is my third week waiting for the return of her ashes. You'd think going private would speed up the process.

city vets is a caring and compassionate veterinary clinic that we started going to in February this year. After a bad experience with another vet we took our Jack Russell here to get a second opinion on his health and we were given the answers we needed shorty after. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our lovely boy after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and his health deteriorated. I'm sure you can all agree that this is one of life's hardest decisions and throughout his care the receptionist Natasha couldn't have been more helpful she hugged us and reassured us she was more than willing to help us with all inquiries we had.Jonathan the vet was amazing too. I recommend this veterinary practice highly.
We recently visited city vets Kennedy centre with our new kitten to receive her injections and general heath checkups and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were welcomed into the practice by a warm friendly receptionist who was eager and happy to answer any questions we had and go out of her way to make us feel comfortable and confident with our new addition. The appointment is completed with very little to no stress on the pet (and on the owner) and we would highly recommend city vets.
