Wonderful service and great vans. Excellent value for money. I always feel welcomed when I hire from city self drive and wouldn't consider hiring from anywhere else these days. I highly recommend them.

SCAM ARTISTS I returned the an to city and they did not check the van at all took the keys and the next day decided to charge me 480 pounds without doing a check in front of me..... I then rang and asked why it is so much and they said the minimal damage would cost 480..... which I then asked if they will send me an invoice of when it will be fixed..... a very rude gentleman called tony then said NO we wont get it fixed straight away were too busy... I then asked why are they charging me 480 and taking 480 pounds from me when they have not even got it repaired ... he said he MAY do in future maybe in a month or so.... I then said hold up your taking 480 pounds from me to MAYBE get it fixed in a month or so? He then cut me off and refused to talk to me. I said I am happy to take this further and go through courts to which Tony said hes happy to let it go through courts then backtracked saying no it doesn't matter we are taking 480 from you and cut the call off without letting me ask anymore. I then rang back and he answered then cut the call AGAIN!!! When I rang the third time a very very rude woman answered and said Tony is sick.of talking to you and then she also cut the call..... would not use at all!!!! They are running a scam operation!!!!!
