Recently had one of my kitchen machines break down and got astronomical quotes from \local electricians\ who barely looked at the machine from 3 feet away and thought knew it all! From having the motor re-wound to all out replacing it. I was not convinced and decided to take out the motor and have it checked out. Called a few places but they wanted me to drop off the motor and they will \look at it\. Finally called City Pump and Motor and spoke with Frank - one of the most friendliest person and empathetic to my troubles. He said - bring it down, either he or his partner Randy, will check it right away and take care of it. Sure enough, when I got there, Randy called over his technician and asked to take a look at the motor. Within a minute, my motor was on the testing table, plugged into the wall and purring away like a fine tuned Ferrari. Nothing wrong with it...I asked Randy what I owed them - he said nothing! Couldn't believe it that these kind of people still exist. Next time the need arises, guess where I am headed to? Right...straight to City Pump and Motor. thanks guys - you saved my day and lots of money too!

I dropped off a compressor motor to have checked. They were so courteous and professional in taking the motor in and diagnosing the problem. They were very honest in advising that the motor was not worth repairing and honored their free diagnosis policy. I am a small business owner myself and can tell this is a GREAT company!!!
