They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered rude I hate having to deal with them in any way they are the only option so there isn’t any need for good customer service

I work here.
Very terrible service. Got a notice because garbage was 1 bag to many so lid didn't close just because i missed a week due to 4th of july and their incompetence, the paper i had said Saturday would be the make up day but they did on Friday instead. The lid didnt close on some other times too and never had a problem and I've lived here a long time and always paid on time and for you to say it will not be picked up is bs especially since I've seen others like it around town. And another thing i dont get is on notice one of the options is if its blocked by vehicles, how is it the homeowners fault if people park by their garbage can.
For forr weeks now they haven't completely emptied the garbage. Also the cart has been damaged with the sides caving in and the lid broken from their rough usage. I have tried to call their office several times and I get the same answer that I can't leave a message because either the person is on the phone or their mail box is full. For a city service this is shameful but they are not hesitant to raise their rates for terrible service.
