The entrance to this establishment is in a hidden corner, if it's your first time, you'll be lost. I waited in a que for an hour outside before i could get into the building, waited for another hour inside before I could be helped. Enquiries line is very slow. There's also poor communication between staff working here and clients who need service.

Fast and quick lines. The personnel at the customer service desk are defensive sometimes. They need to be trained properly to listen and explain to the clients. I cannot stress the NEED TO LISTEN & UNDERSTAND their clients before they attempt to help. Please! This is very important and key to fixing existing problems. Otherwise the office is very helpful. Security personnel is always on his phone. He will give you half attention as his cellphone is in his face all the time. It is more like you are bothering him when you ask for direction which desk one is supposed to go. For now I'll give the office three star. Maybe next time I go that office they will change and perhaps they might earn 3 and half star. Good luck!

I have been without electricity for the past 48 hours I called them more than 10 times,cant even call them anymore cos my phones r off I have no electricity to charge them, 2 weeks back they blocked the streets demanding pay increases but they do fokol

Since we called on the 12 july 2019 for them to fix the electricity but till today,we call and beg them everyday but i think they don't take us serious because we are black......i never saw such useless workers who don't take customer serious.....is disgusting you don't deserve any star because you guys are not helpful

Their customers service is good,even though sometimes you have to wait long for them to come and help you regarding the complain about the electricity problem,due to not having material or supplies to come and complete the work given.But they are trying their best to attend to any customer complaints
