Always have been sat right away. Waiters are always friendly !! They give large portions of food for the price. They give you garlic bread and cheese and a yummy salad to start off with and I love the dessert and Amaretto they give after you eat. Food has great flavor!

Good food! However everything is extremely expensive versus other places nearby. Especially if you’re sharing? They add a 5 additional fee if you share something so you’re more willing to just buy 2 separate orders. Good service, although there was a rich guy in there yelling (when I went yesterday) so much and was slamming his hand down on the table..... none of the staff intervened, it was another customer that did. But besides that, it was nice. Last time I went, there was outdoor seating and we were sat near the kitchen of sorts and it smelled so bad but I’m glad to see that they moved the seating. Overall not bad. Adding photos here (screenshots from a video) so sorry if they’re a bit blurry. Oh and I almost forgot!! Wait time was around 25ish minutes (due to there being a limited amount of seats for social distancing)
Came here for the first time and it was an okay experience. Was here on a Sunday afternoon and even though there was a long line we were seated pretty quickly. They have outdoor seating with different sections and table set ups to accommodate patrons. Servers all have masks on and are trying their best. Our server was very nice but since it was busy, they didn't check on us as often as I would have liked and the service was slow throughout our visit. The drinks were okay, kind of watered down, full of ice, and overpriced. The appetizers were tasty, the bread and olive medley were delicious. The entrees were good, they did provide a lot of food but I wish the batter that everything was fried in had more seasoning. The dipping sauce for the calamari platter was amazing and made everything taste much better. While the lobster tail was tasty, it was a small piece compared to the big price paid for it. They did offer free Amaretto shots upon our departure which was appreciated and a cute gesture. Not sure if I will be back but it wasn't a bad experience for the first time. On a side note, while they offer bathrooms, the ladies room was not cleaned and I saw a roach in the sink.
Although I ordered takeout, the food was so delicious and fresh! Everything they packed in the bag was fresh, from the garlic bread to the salad, and the blueberry cornbread, was so so good! Also, the place looked spotless clean, the atmosphere was cozy. The gentleman who took our order was so welcoming. Because of this pandemic I haven't dined inside any establishment but definitely am going back to dine in this one! Thank you Lobster House!
I loved it. Their food is out of this world. Highly recommend this restaurant. You also will enjoy it.
