Extremely helpful and a very proactive.
On behalf of SFS Flooring, I would like thank City Hire for getting us out of a mess on a Saturday (yesterday). Despite being closed, one of their staff who we had the number for got a driver in especially for us and delivered a scissor lift just over 90 minutes after we had contacted them. Outstanding customer care that got us out of a jam. We share your ethos and appreciate you going above and beyond.
I have worked with City Hire for the past 2 years and can honestly say they are the best tool & plant hire company I have ever worked with. Their online portal and app separates them from the rest making tracking of plant easy to control. They always go above and beyond. Exceptional service and Account Manager.
Huge stock range for any construction work needed. Friendly staff always. Parking bays are easy to use (wheelchair friendly). 24/7 security as you enter office complex. Affordable prices.
